Item exchange
I received an order from a seller that was not what I ordered and requested from seller to exchange for correct item, seller started a return and I received a shipping label, I returned the item and the seller shipped out the correct item but ebay refunded my money back, the seller wants me to contact ebay to cancel the refund which I have already received, I can't find where to do that, how do we work this out?

Mentor5 months ago@taldari The eBay system is not set up for exchanges. Unfortunately an eBay agent can NOT reverse the refund. The seller should have got the item back, refunded you, then you bought the correct item.
What you can do is share contact info and pay the seller using an electronic method such as Venmo or PayPal. This is NOT considered an offsite transaction as the sale already took place.
Or you can snail mail the seller a check.
