Item doesn’t match the description
So I came across a listing where the product clearly doesn’t match the description. He’s selling it as a newer model when the picture shows it an older different model.
When i asked him for pictures and challenged him that it was not what he was advertising he ended the listing and started a new one and I’m pretty sure he blocked me.
Does eBay not care about this? There AI investigating is ****

Mentor2 weeks agoI understand your concern. I agree that the AI removal of reported listings leaves a lot to be desired.
eBay has the eBay Money Back Guarantee so a buyer can return the item within 30 days if it is not as described at the sellers expense. Returns for not as described go on the sellers record.
