Item doesnt go to authenticator first
Summary: macluxx mentions an issue regarding an item not going to the authenticator first, but provides no additional details. lisa5768 responds with a similarly brief message of "None," offering no further information or context, leaving the situation unresolved.
I have sold many luxury items from Hermes. The expensive ones have always been shipped to authenticator first. This time I sold a silk scarf for $750 (more than the threshold to get authenticated) but the shipping label doesn't send to authenticator. I have Google the reasons but none matches my buyer : buyer's address is not an PO box, not military address, item is not in wrong category (I have listed and sold a lot of scarves)
The only thing is that this buyer has 0 purchase and 0 feedback.
Is this a new way of scam ?

Scarves are not eligible for authenticity guarantee, their category is not included.
