item doesn't arrive as stated, seller does not respond in timely manner
Hard to get to a customer service agent. I was told to wait to a certain date, I did, and now eBay is asking me to wait even longer. Give the seller more time. What about the buyer? I made my purchase elsewhere. Life goes on. I no longer want the item.
