Item does not match the description â€“ missing parts

Question

I opened a return because the item was not as described.
The LEGO set was sold as complete, but 7 parts and 1 sticker are missing.
The seller confirmed this in writing.

eBay automatically requested a return shipment, but the item is already in Ukraine.
Returning it would be extremely expensive and involve customs issues.

I am asking eBay to step in and help resolve this case fairly without requiring a return.
Photos and messages are already attached to the return.

You are located in Ukraine, but according to the images you posted you bought the item from a Germany based seller. You have posted about the issue on ebay's U.S. based site's community so we cannot help you with the European Union customs fees issues.
