Item doeesnt have a carrier named on usps and hasnt moved in 11 days
Bought shoes and it says it has a tariff and has tobe paid. I asked seller and they say they pay it but hasn't moved since the 5th of December. I ask about the item and keep saying don't worry about it.

Mentor8 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
