I preorder a game in 2025, now the seller still didnt ship and I contacted him, didnt get response. Now the item cannot even being refunded because theres no button

MentorJul 10, 2026 at 4:07 PMOn listings that include pre-orders, the seller must be able to ship within 40 days of the listing ending. If it has not been more than 180 days from the transaction, contact your credit card issuer regarding a chargeback, if that is how you paid.
