I ordered a package from eBay through a guest user, after the package did not arrive on time I had to open a user to send a message to the seller and understand what happened to the package, the seller said to wait until the package might still arrive and of course the package did not arrive and he was very kind and brought me a refund.
A few days later the seller contacts me again via WhatsApp (not via eBay as we have communicated until now) and says that the courier company in Japan claims that the package has been delivered.
And I need to return the money to him or he will open a lawsuit.
I did not receive the package and not even anything that suggests that the package is in my area of ​​residence or in my country at all.
I need your help and your protection against him because it is impossible for me to pay for something that I definitely did not receive and I will also receive a threat of lawsuit for it.
I did not receive the package unfortunately it was a Christmas gift for my partner and he did not receive a gift from me in the end because it simply did not arrive.
If I could somehow prove that I didn't receive the package by taking aerial photos, I would do it.
It's not fair that the Japanese courier company is protected behind a limited company and I have to protect myself from a lawsuit and a hole in my pocket because the seller doesn't believe me and is unwilling to take responsibility.

The threat of a lawsuit is what I would call an "idle threat" and is meaningless. Use this link to see if you can report an issue with the Seller. Report an issue with a seller | eBay
The only tracking that matters is what eBay is showing on that item in your Purchase history.
Delete any more messages from that Seller unread ...
