Item didn’t arrive to buyer….what happens next

If I purchased an item but my old address was on there. It got sent back to the seller but now the seller is saying she didn’t receive the item. That is her old address. So she is saying she hasn’t received and I didn’t receive. Tracking shows it went to her address. She is offering partial refund. Is that acceptable?

Both buyers and sellers need to keep their addresses up to date. It sounds like receiving a 50% refund is the best that is going to happen.
