No contact with seller after sending several messages. Need help in contacting seller for return or replacement!

If the Seller is Gogreenbike, it appears they are registered on the eBay US site from China and ship from various locations in the U.S.
As far as the item, did they send you the wrong part or did you order the wrong part? If you ordered the wrong part, it would depend on this Seller's return policy in that listing. They seem to have different return policies for different products.
