Item didn’t arrived
I bought an item and did it as usual, I chose, paid and waited patiently.
I didn't notice any checkbox to activate any protection or anything else.
I was seeing the shipment and I found that it was given as delivered!
I started trying to see where it would have been delivered and I couldn't figure out where, I contacted the local mail services and they didn't even receive this order.
I opened a case against the seller and he always refuted any problem with the order, that it had been delivered and that I was seeing if I stole it and that I was lying.
In shipping it was given as delivered in the city where I live but the destination country was different.
I started complaining to eBay about this and they asked for proof that I didn't have and ended up closing the case and I can't even reopen or appeal again and I'm seeing that I'm going to lose $850.
Can anyone in the community help with a solution?
I would appreciate it very much
