Item didn’t arrive, order number can’t be found
I purchased for the first time as a guest. I received an email from seller saying they would ship out tomorrow. It has been 2 1/2 months. The seller has not responded to inquiries. I attempted to report to eBay, but the item number I have, from email, “doesn’t existâ€. Also, when I hit original listing the number there doesn’t exist and the deliver date keeps getting pushed back every week. I think I got scammed and I don’t know what to do because I don’t have any information for eBay’s automated system. Any suggestions?

Guest purchases are not part of your eBay account.
For help with a guest purchase, sign out of your current eBay account and use the "order details" link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest order.
If it has been two and a half months, you may have waited too long for help from eBay. You only have thirty days from the last estimated delivery date shown in your order details to start an "item not received" case with eBay under most circumstances. You may still have recourse through your payment method though. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of purchase.
