Item Did Not Arrive but Out of Window
This item issued a shipping/tracking number and then I got messages saying it would be delayed. It is now very delayed - past 30 days, and I went to ping ebay and they said that it has been pushed out of the 30 day window to see what the item is. The seller isn't responsive at all and the tracking said they made the label and just never shipped it (still). Ebay help center is useless as the automation won't accept nuance. Do I have any recourse for this? It is about $63. Thank you.

If it is too late to file an Item Not Received case, you can file a chargeback on your credit card.
Try to open an "Item Not Received Case". You can do that right here by clicking on the photo of your item and following the steps: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/-/reporting-item-didnt-receive?id=4042

OP4 months agoI likely will have to go to the cc company and the seller is avoiding contact. Thanks for your advice.
