Item did not arrive at latest due date. Seller did not respond to my inquires Ebay issued refund
Now seller is posting they shipped the item to me. This seller is very strange. Should I just wait to see if anything arrives. Thank you Searles1953

If eBay refunded your payment, there is nothing else you need to do. The seller can not get his money back through eBay.
If a package does arrive, ask the seller to send you a return label so you can send it back to him. Or, if you really want the item and it arrives in good condition and is advertised, ask the seller to send you a paypal invoice to repay the refund.
