Item did not arrive although USPS shows it was delivered
Hello,
I need help because the package I ordered (water shoes for my grandchild) never arrived although the tracking shows it was delivered to the right address. I contacted the seller which was not helpful (just forwarded the tracking showing it was delivered), I went to neighbours homes to see if it was there (no success either), I went to the Post Office and they did nothing (they also have the tracking showing it was delivered).
Long story short, I do not have the water shoes, I asked Ebay to help me and cover with the "supposed" Money Guarantee that should protect clients and same thing. As they have a tracking that shows it was delivered they closed my case and I don't have the shoes and lost $30.
What kind of protection do we, buyers, have?
Please, can somebody tell me what to do? Thank you!

Did you confirm with the post office that your name and address was actually on the package?

Mentor4 months agoSince you state that tracking indicates delivery to the correct address, is it possible that the package was stolen after delivery?
If so, Ebay cannot help you.
