item did not arrive
Help! I ordered an item Dec.15/25. Despite repeated promises from the seller that it would be shipped, it has not been shipped. Thoughts as to next steps?

Mentor5 months agoeBay's money back guaranty is only good for 30 days from the last estimated delivery date shown on your purchase history. Given the purchase was in December and this is now April you are probably long past the deadline for filing a case. Go to your payment source and see if you can get a charge back.
