Item description not correct
This must be common question in this forum but I bought a used violin from a seller who did not specify about a crack on the violin. I did make sure that item does not have any issues before makin purchase and that time also seller never disclosed about it. I will return the item but I paid for shipping and now I have to pay for return as well which is unnecessary burden on me. Is t there a way where if seller did not provide correct info then they have to bear these charges ?

Mentor2 years agoIf a buyer files an "item not as described" case with eBay, the seller is responsible to provide a prepaid label or pay for return shipping.

If the seller does not cooperate, the buyer can ask eBay to step in after three business days to force a refund.
