Item Description changes

Question

Why is it that when an item I have listed, that doesn't sell and is automatically relisted by Ebay, suddenly has the item description all messed up? Words are run together, and punctuation is ignored. This is so frustrating!! I believe it affects the marketability of the item(s). Potential buyers most likely look at the item description and think, "This idiot can't even spell correctly" and pass on the bid.

Somehow I managed to find a way to chat with someone from ebay about it and all they did was send me a transcript of our chat. Nothing has changed.

How do I get this rectified?

Does this happen often to you or did it happen just once? It sounds like there was an interruption when it was loading to Ebay, but I don't know for sure. If this was a one time issue, just fix it and move forward. If this has been happening multiple times, then you need to report it to Ebay.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
