Item description “Usedâ€
I have a buyer asking to return an item (camera) because it only works in certain settings. The buyer states that the item being as “used†indicates that the item is in “fully functioning†condition. Although in the item description, I listed the item “untestedâ€. I’m wondering if listing an item as “used†actually indicates that it is working? An if so, does any eBay policy state that? Thank you!

Mentor9 months ago@indiancreekoutpost Accept the return. If you don't pay return shipping and refund the buyer 100% then eBay will force a refund, you get a Defect, you don't get your sellers fees back, the buyer may be allowed to keep the item.
This is eBay's description of used for cameras>
Unless you list an item as for parts or not working then the buyer expects the item to work correctly.
Only select categories have the parts and not working option for condition.
