Mentor3 years ago2020? You needed to file your claim back when it happened. It is much too late for eBay to help now.

OP3 years agoIt happened once before in 2020. This just happened 10 days ago.

Mentor3 years agoAh, OK, then as @rfmtm described, get documentation from UPS that this was not the address on your payment. The easiest way to get this is to do an online chat - you can print the chat.
You did make sure your address on your payment was correct, didn't you? Also - have you removed the address from your address file? Check shipping address here - https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses

Mentor3 years agoGet documentation from UPS that the tracking number is not associated with your address. You will need to include this with your appeal after losing an Item Not Received dispute. Ebay is aware of this scam and will refund.
