Item Delivered to wrong location
I have ordered around 5-6 cards each from individual sellers. Most of them state they have been delivered yet nothing appeared to be delivered to my door or mailbox. When checking the tracking, it tells me it was delivered to a completely different city than I am in. While it is in the same vicinity, the zip code I provided in the shipping address was not the one it was delivered to. Most if not all of the packages I have ordered have been delivered to the wrong city whilst also being the wrong zip code for that city.
Should I contact the sellers or the Mail companies who delivered them?

Mentor7 months agoThe bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.
Take the tracking down to the carrier and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered. Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back. If not to your address, the carrier should try and retrieve the package.
