item delivered to wrong address but seller refuses to refund me
An order I placed never arrived even though I received an email saying it had been delivered. I called my local USPS office and the stated the tracking number provided was for a different name and address and that is why I never received my order. I provided this information to seller and EBAY but they insist my order was delivered and refused my appeal and closed the case. I have contacted my CC and they are removing the charge. I will never order through EBAY again.
