ITEM DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS AND NO ITEM OR REFUND IN SIGHT
I ORDERED AN ITEM AND IT WAS EVIDENTLY DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I REACHED OUT TO EBAY AND SELLER SEVERAL TIMES TO NO AVAIL.
THEY REFUSE TO SEND ME ITEM OR REFUND.

Mentor3 years ago"Evidently" is not enough; you need documentation indicating the tracking does not correspond to a delivery at your address.
