Item Delivered to wrong address
I have been a ebay user for a more than 15 years and this is the first time i have an issue. Bought an item on december 8, item got delivered on december 15, i waited a few days because christmas but the item was never received. After looking at the USPS signature it was signed at a differet address (the sign included an address that was different than the want that it was in the order). I check with ebay and paypal. They all said that the package was delivered correctly - but it's pretty clear that it was not because of the signatured.
i can't do nothing because the case is closed by ebay/paypal. How i am going to think about buying again on ebay after this ? USPS delivered a US$500 package to a wrong address and it appears to be a no body's business. Any ideas of how to get ebay customer support take a look again ?
