Item delivered to Buyer-Incorrect Address Provided
The buyer had the incorrect delivery address on their shipping profile, the item delivered to the address and is now at the PO with a Return to Sender processing.
The buyer would still like the item.
What happens now? I wait for the item to be returned to me, then the buyer gets refunded all of their money, including shipping and I resell it? How would I Recoup the additional shipping cost? Can the buyer just speak with the PO and try to pick it up before they ship it back?

Mentor2 weeks ago@andeva_after When/ if you get the item back refund the item price ONLY, not the shipping costs.
Then relist so that they can buy again with the correct address.
