Item delivered to another city, but cannot get help from seller or ebay to refund my money
I have ordered often through ebay over the years. This is the first time this has happened to me. My order through USPS shows that it was delivered to an individual in another city--so the order shows "delivered" even though it was not delivered to me. I contacted the seller who knows this item was not delivered to me and who has pretty much said "sorry about your luck." I opened a resolution request with ebay, but the seller response was that the item had been delivered, even though the seller knew the item had not been delivered to me. Ebay seems satisfied the item has been delivered to me and is offering me no other option or link to respond. Where do I go? Is this fraud? Can I contact my credit card company and get them to refuse to pay? Thank you for any insight you can give me.
