Seller sent items using Royal mail, apparently the shipping company at my address could not locate my package or recognise the person that signed for it on delivery. I believe the item was dropped at the wrong address, I asked the seller to contact royal mail but he/she ignores my messages. I opened a case and eBay has refused to issue a refund. What should I do?
