"Return" as in your address is being used to return an item from another seller.
That would be a concern that your ID has been compromised.

Mentor8 months ago@carbur-86 - is that a message you received from someone, and how did you receive it - your eBay account messages? If you could be more clear that would be helpful.
You still haven't answered if the label shows it's an e Bay "Return" anywhere on it (asked twice), but I'm going to assume it does, which means your personal data has probably been compromised by another party.
Take a photo of the label & package and attach it to a PRIVATE message to one of the eBay social media teams to investigate asap. Tell them you're concerned your ID has been stolen by another eBay account.
Do not post your account info publicly.
Give them your User ID, your real name/address/country, the email attached to your account,and explain the issue in detail.
They usually respond in a day or two.
