Item delivered. Not showing delivery. Payment held
I am fairly new to eBay sales. And since there is not a phone number that I can find to help my situation, here I am. I sold Legos. I didn't realize the buyer requested a different carrier. I went to the UPS Store and paid too much beyond what the buyer preferred with USPS. Regardless, the item is still showing undelivered despite the buyer receiving April 4th (3 days from ship date). My payment is being held. I reviewed the buyer possibly prematurely (I requested their signature on receipt) and have not received a return message since I shipped. How do I verify to eBay the shipment was received to update my account? Help is appreciated. I would assume if the shipment was not received as expected I would have heard from buyer. But I paid for packaging and feel confident it was received in the perfect condition sent.

Did you enter the tracking # in the sold order? That is how eBay knows an item is shipped and then delivered. In your sold items, select add tracking.
Given the value of the item, you are probably looking at a 30 day hold.
