Item Delivered from Amazon as a Gift
Bought item from eBay seller and it arrived the next day from Amazon stating A Gift for You. When I checked the same item on Amazon it was less than I paid to the eBay seller. And when I checked Amazon's return refund it was even less of a refund then the item posted both on Amazon and by eBay Seller. Is this against eBays selling policies?

Mentor3 weeks agoIt was against eBay policy for the seller to purchase an item on Amazon and have it sent as a gift to you. Since the seller does not actually own the items listed this is against eBay policy. You can report the seller to eBay.
Some eBay sellers are also Amazon sellers and they will use the fulfillment facilities of Amazon to ship their items to you. This is allowed as the seller actually owns the items that they have listed.
