Item delivered, but tracking didn't update

Question

I shipped an item and it got delivered, but tracking never updated. Ebay will eventually think it didn't get delivered and I won't get my money. How do I change it from shipped to delivered? Thanks

Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped

Locate the transaction. Click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated information on tracking. That should update the tracking to be sent to ebay.
