Item delivered but not showing delivered
I have an order that was showing Delivery Attempted. It seemed it failed to deliver to a office complex where the buyer worked. I ended up messaging the buyer as some more days went by without any update on the tracking. The buyer informed me that the package was indeed re-delivered and he has it in-hand but again, the tracking still does not reflect the delivered status. I can't see how to change that on my end, and the buyer says he can't see on their end how to mark as delivered. What is the play here? Going around in circles on the back-end of Ebay is a lesson in futility. How do I even message Ebay about this? I can't find anything anymore in this application.

Does the tracking on the USPS site show it was delivered? If it does then contact CS and ask them to update your sold listing. I know this worked for another seller to help get their funds released.
