Item delivered but eBay says it hasnt
I have a BIG problem, I sold my laptop and followed the tracking number to the postal office it was delivered too. I have proof that the buyer signed and picked up the laptop BUT eBay shows that it hasn't moved and have put my funds on hold. I don't have cell service right now and desperately need to talk to an agent about this cause I desperately need the funds that are on hold. How can I resolve this? I feel like I have been scammed out of my laptop and funds.

Since you are a new seller, and because you sold an expensive item, Ebay can withhold your payout from your sale for up to 30 days.

OP1 year agoI need this resolved or I'm going to loose my living space and be homeless. The buyer finally 2 days later replies " I need some time". What the hell? Why would a person need some time unless they are using laptop for mischievous things.
