Item delivered after refund issued
Item never arrived. Made claim through ebay and issue refunded. Now months later ebay confirms it was delivered and Now No Response from buyer.
What can I do?

Response to what? Your post is a little ambiguous as to who did what, but it sounds like you were the seller. Did you make a claim for a lost article, and, if so, did you receive an insurance payment for that claim?

In what form did this confirmation come to you? Months-old tracking, eBay Message, other?
