Item delivered according to tracking
Customer wants my help. Seems genuine. Doesn't speak much english. Tracking shows item was delivered by usps. Buyer says they do not have it. Not sure what to do.,

Provide the tracking number & information to the buyer that shows delivery.
Tell them they should contact neighbors in case the item was misdelivered nearby, and they can also ask the carrier if they remember delivering a package.
The package could have been stolen after delivery.
