The item I sold arrived to the buyer but in the tracking it shows only it has been shipped. How can I fix this?

The item I sold arrived to the buyer but in the tracking it shows only it has been shipped. How can I fix this?

Mentor2 years agoYou can go to the sold transaction and click on the tracking number to be taken to USPS.COM. Then look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking info. That will often update.
