Item delived to wrong house with right address
FedEx delivered my package to the wrong house the pic provided by the tracking number is not my house jow can I talk to a real person at ebay. Other deliveries will clearly show the difference.

Your title implies you might have seen the address on the label in the FedEx delivery pic which was your address but it was not your house. If so contact FedEx and ask them to get the package and deliver it to the correct address.
If that is not what happened then you may have fallen prey to the False tracking number scam. You filed a claim through eBay that you did not receive the item but since tracking showed it was delivered, they ruled against you.
You need to get a document from the Carrier stating that the package was not delivered to your address and then contact eBay with that information to prove delivery confirmation was to a different address than yours. Make sure you tell eBay it was a False tracking number scam.
