Hi, I bought a new magnetic strap for my Samsung watch. After have it just over 4 weeks the magnet fell out of it and broke leaving it useless.I initiated a return to the seller for a defective item, as it was covered by eBay money back guarantee, but the seller refused to accept the return and eBay closed the case? How do I contact eBay to get them to re assess the return as this item is not fit for purpose and should last a lot longer than 4 weeks.thanks.
