Item Defective
I have a buyer that purchased an Item almost 2 months ago, and now she tells me it's defective, and she wants a partial refund. With her Return request, she added a photo, that only shows a red blob. The item is a Vintage Bra, that was in excellent condition when I posted it. I also added about 6 pics. I asked her to upload more pics that shows the bra. I have not received any pics or corresponding after my initial email to her. I don't feel like that I should give a partial refund.
