Item Damaged in Transit
I sent an item to a buyer and the item was damaged in transit. I refunded the buyer but I'd like to file a claim with USPS - who sent the package to the wrong post office, item arrived late to the buyer and was completely broken. Ebay says the "case is closed" but I'd like Ebay to help me file a claim with shipping. How can I do this?

eBay does not help you file the claim. Ask the buyer for photos of the item and the package, then file your claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
