Item damaged in shipping - seller refuses to contact their shupoer
I ordered a clock that arrived damaged shipped from China. It was opened in customs and because the product was very bad quality the product is not usable.
instead of the company sending me a shipping label they wanted me to spend $300 to ship it back myself.
so much run around from seller and eBay since October pointing me in a lot of directions.
cant get anyone to call me back

Mentor1 year ago@elizmclaitor Sorry you asked for help too late to get eBay involved. You only have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a return request on eBay. An eBay agent can not extend this time frame.
Your only option now is a chargeback with your bank or credit card.
In the future if you purchase an item from another country and need to return it then you need to ask eBay to step in and help from the return request on the 4th business day if the seller has not refunded you.
Sellers from other countries can NOT provide a return label and have to send the money for you to pay return shipping to your paypal account, then you manually upload the tracking into the case. NEVER pay for return shipping and expect to be refunded for it afterwards.
