I have forgotten the steps for handling a glass dish that was broken in shipping.

Mentor10 months agoThe steps have changed a little. You need to refund the buyer in full but have the buyer keep the item and the packaging. They should send you photos of the item and the packaging to submit with your insurance claim. The shipping carrier will want to see the item and packaging prior to deciding on the claim. If USPS, then they will want the buyer to take the materials to the post office for inspection.
