Item damaged in shipping
I sold an item and it was damaged in shipping the buyer does not want to send the item back. She said refund or negative feedback. What do I do

Mentor4 months agoSounds like she wants to scam you. Tell her that you will be happy to make a full refund once they return the item. Ask her to open an "Item not as described" case and you will accept it. As long as the messages are going through the eBay message system you could fight any negative feedback she leaves.
