Item damaged in shipment
I had a very expensive doll. I sold to a buyer. I properly packed it in a secure fashion and shipped it to the buyer. When the buyer received it, the head was broken off. Because it was broken during shipment I issued a return. Then when I received the doll, I refunded the money.
my question now is how do I get Ebay to refund me the money I refund refunded the buyer?

eBay does not refund your money - you file a claim with the carrier. Your label includes $100 of coverage unless you added more.

The seller is responsible for the package until delivery.
The buyer has the money back guarantee that says the seller will refund if not received in the condition listed.
