Item damaged during shipping and immediately issued full refund, but buyer left negative feedback?
Shipped glass item that arrived broken, even though it was packed securely with double layers of bubble wrap and shipping peanuts. Fragile and glass marked on box. Immediately issued a full refund to buyer, who then left negative feedback with one word. “Brokenâ€. Can I get the negative feedback removed?

I don't think that eBay will remove the negative feedback. BUT you could ask the buyer if they are willing to revise the feedback. If the buyer agrees to revise it ... then send buyer a Feedback Revision Request.
[It is best NOT to send the FRR until the buyer has agreed to revise the feedback. Sellers only get 5 of them per year ... and you don't want to waste any.]
BTW, it might be better to double-box glass items in the future ... with the inner box surrounded by packing peanuts. [It didn't sound like you used two boxes, which can make a huge difference.]
Good luck! 😊
