Item damaged during buyer install.
I recently sold a brand new electric motor to a buy $125. He started a return based on item not working/defective saying the motor doesn't work as it should. Appears the buyer received the motor and installed it in his system damaging the shaft in the process (clear upon inspection). The motor is now unsaleable due to being used and having a bent shaft that will not turn. I do not have the option to give a partial refund through ebay only the full refund. Do I have any other options here or should I just have to take the loss and block the buyer?
