Item damaged and stolen during shipping

Question

I ordered a baseball card. When the package arrived it was torn and crushed. The post office put it in a clear plastic bag that said “We Care” but it offered no solution for the problem. I opened the crushed package and the card had been taken. I’m not sure what I should do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Upload photos of the envelope in the plastic with the "We Care" sticker.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
