Item could not be delivred
I sold an item on 2/23, purchased the shipping label from ebay, shipped it to the buyer on 2,24, then USPS returned it to me on 3/17 with a label stating "return to sender" Attempted-Not known-Unable to Forward. What do I do now?

-You can refund the Buyer for just the item price but not the shipping that they paid, that money was spent on the round trip the package took. If you had the listing set for Free shipping, then you refund less your out of pocket label cost.
The Buyer lost their eBay Money Back Guarantee protection when the package was considered undeliverable or they refused delivery, either way the result is the same.
You can Relist the item and if you want to bloc that Buyer you add them to your blocked list on this page: Buyer management | eBay
