Item confirmed Defective by Seller
I bought an oxgen pulse machine online from an online distributor for Varon O2 machines back in Aug 2022. It stopped working in March of 2023. Several emails and pictures, seller notified me that they found out the machine is defunct and has to be replaced. Stated in a follow up email June 9 that they would be sending me tracking number when it was sent. Well as you guessed, no email, no tracking, no machine. We have about a dozen emails up until then but now, I have not heard a word but yet they are still selling the machine and other things- online. Bought it so that i could BREATHE but apparently that means nothing. Nearly 600.00 and it doesnt seem that Ebay helps people like us, make sellers pony up to the warranty that comes with it for a year.

·3 years agoUnless the seller is an authorized retailer of the item, warranties mentioned are generally not valid. Warranties are issued by the manufacturer, unless you purchased a separate warranty, and most manufacturers won’t honor warranties for items sold on eBay.
