Item complaint
I sold a light kit that was oppen box. I displayed pictures of the items in the box I tested the bulbs to make sure they worked but because the item was a store vender return item the bulbs were a lower wattage and a white version instead of color. I looked up the comps and the price is close at 20 dollars less. This was a free shipping no returns pay pal money back guarantee. But the seller wants me to refund the price or pay his shipping to return it. Does the picture count for anything since I sold it as is with Clearr up close images that show the bulbs and the markings. I didn't know the difference but apparently they did. BUT bought it anyway. What do I do
